Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain weights, measures, and descriptions are approximate and provided for convenience purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product attributes, including colors, but cannot guarantee your computer will accurately display such colors. Product availability at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.

Shipping Limitations

Orders will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as it complies with the shipping restrictions on this website. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Duties and Taxes

You are responsible for duties and taxes outside the Canary Islands. Items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s laws.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders.

Exchange and Refund Policy

New, unused full-price merchandise purchased at store retail store may be exchanged at any boutique with an original receipt within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, exchanges are not allowed. We offer a no-refund policy on all merchandise, but qualifying items may be exchanged for store credits, usable only at Darcode selling points. Sale merchandise may not be exchanged or returned. All merchandise must be returned in sellable condition, otherwise, an exchange will not be allowed. We reserve the right to reject any exchange without the original receipt.
