2.1 When will my order be processed? All orders will be processed within 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is based on Canary Time (UTC/GMT -1 hours).

2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

  • Standard courier delivery time is approximately 5 working days.
  • Express courier delivery time is approximately 3 working days. These time frames apply to deliveries within Canarias. For international deliveries, the time taken depends on logistics partners.

2.3 How can I track my delivery? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track the delivery status with our local logistics partner using your Order Number for Canarias deliveries.

2.4 What are the shipping charges?

  • Shipping is FREE on all orders above 150€ for Canarias deliveries via Standard courier.
